Drum roll please…

It’s been a while since I wrote and I’ve purposely not said much because I have been waiting for the right time to share some awesome info with everyone. As many know, I’ve been dating Stephanie for about two years now and I’m always asked the question, “So, how did the two of you meet?”

I always smile, glance over at Steph and look back to say, “Well, it’s a funny story really. We’ve know each other since college.”

It never fails a looks of shock washes over their face and I begin to tell our story.

It’s with that I’m happy to announce to the world quite possibly the worst kept secret for the last several months: Stephanie and I are engaged and we will be getting married later this year. The wedding will be a small, private kind of event in Hawaii.

(Yeah, you read that right, I said Hawaii! Woo hoo!)

I’m really excited about all the planning that’s been going on and to see the smile on Stephanie’s face as we work through all this makes me tremendously happy. Her happiness = my happiness.

Of course, we wanna share our story with your but it’s only fair you hear from the both of us. In fact, on a new page here at Nine-FortyFive.com, you’ll see a new section called “Wedding” where we will be sharing stories about ourselves as well as photos about what we are planning.
